Your day trip to the stunning Hamata Islands begins with an early pickup from your hotel reception in Marsa Alam around 5:30 AM 🚌. Remember to bring a photocopy of your passport. Enjoy the scenic drive south (approx. 130 km / 81 miles) to the Hamata Marina.

Upon arrival at the marina, board your comfortable cruising boat around 10:30 AM and set sail into the beautiful Hamata National Park. The first stop, after about a 45-minute cruise, is Syal Island. Here, you’ll have roughly an hour to either snorkel in the crystal-clear waters exploring the colorful fish and unique coral formations, or simply relax and sunbathe on the pristine white sand beach 🏖️.

Next, the boat moves to the second spot, Shawaret Island. Enjoy another opportunity for guided snorkeling along the island’s reef, discovering the rich underwater world . Afterwards, return to the boat around 12:15 PM where a delicious, freshly prepared buffet lunch awaits you 🍽️. Soft drinks (water, tea, coffee) are available throughout the day and included in the price.
