Day 1: Sailing South, Dolphin Encounters & Overnight at Sea

Your aquatic adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Marsa Alam 🚌. You’ll be transferred south to Hamata Marina. Board your well-equipped luxury boat, receive refreshments, and listen to a brief introduction. Settle into your room and enjoy the sea views as the boat sails south for approximately 2 hours towards the magnificent Sataya Reef, also known as the Dolphin House .

Upon arrival, receive a safety briefing before your first snorkeling session. Led by specialized instructors (EN, DE, RU, IT, CZ, PL) in small groups for safety and optimal experience, jump into the lagoon for an incredible chance to swim and snorkel with spinner dolphins 🐬 in their natural resting area. You can also enjoy watching them from the boat deck. After this magical encounter, enjoy a delicious lunch onboard and take some time to relax 🍽️. Later, a rubber boat will take you for a second snorkeling session to explore the vibrant coral reefs surrounding the lagoon, admiring the colorful fish and underwater landscapes .

As evening approaches, witness a beautiful sunset over the Red Sea . Enjoy a tasty dinner onboard, accompanied by traditional Egyptian music. Spend the night anchored at Sataya Reef, stargazing from the deck and enjoying the tranquility of the sea .

Day 2: Early Morning Magic, Abu Galawa & Return

Wake up early to experience the reef’s beauty before other day boats arrive . This is often the best time for spotting active dolphins, stingrays, or perhaps even sea turtles. Enjoy another chance to swim or snorkel in the lagoon. Afterwards, savor breakfast and coffee onboard.

The boat will then sail north towards the Abu Galawa area . This location offers diverse underwater scenery, potentially including interesting reef formations or even small wrecks (depending on the specific site visited), appealing to both snorkelers and divers (diving usually optional extra) with an instructor (EN, DE, RU, IT, CZ, PL). Enjoy exploring this different marine environment.

A final lunch will be served on the boat before commencing the return journey north to Hamata Marina 🍽️. Upon arrival at the marina in the afternoon, your transfer vehicle will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Marsa Alam, concluding your immersive overnight Red Sea experience.
