Booking & Key Details

How to Book: To reserve your private tour, please provide: Hotel Name (Marsa Alam or Port Ghalib), Dates, Full Names of all participants, Passport photos and visa photos (if needed). Also specify your preferred guide language (English, German, Czech, Italian, Polish or Russian).

Pickup Locations: Marsa Alam & Port Ghalib hotels (other areas on request / with possible supplement).

Required Document: A valid passport is essential for all travellers.

Child Policy: Standard child policy usually applies – please confirm details at the time of booking.

Departure / Return: Departs around 4:00 AM on Day 1 and returns late evening on Day 2 (approximate timings).

Important Travel Note: Be prepared for very long driving times from Marsa Alam / Port Ghalib.

This tour involves extremely long driving times (potentially 5–8+ hours each way from Marsa Alam depending on route/conditions), very early starts and considerable walking. It requires significant stamina and may not be suitable for:

• Young children who may not tolerate very long car journeys comfortably.
• Pregnant women, especially in later stages of pregnancy.
• Travellers with significant back, neck, or serious mobility problems.
• Guests with severe mobility impairments or full-time wheelchair users (terrain at sites can be uneven and stepped).
• Those very sensitive to long periods of sitting or extended road travel.
